BUILD knows what it’s like to manage a project through the, often frustrating, maze of a country club renovation. Club managers, association members, designers, and construction service providers all have real needs that require specific guidance and leadership to make the process successful and painless through every phase.
BUILD jump-starts the process by creating an accurate construction budget and master plan. Then, when we present to the membership, we make every member part of the team. Next, BUILD steers the project through the approval and expedites the permitting process. During preconstruction we coordinate with designers, the country club, and subcontractors to ensure the project tracks within budget and timeline constraints. Once permits are issued, we are on-site facilitating construction and working with every team member. BUILD will also work with the country club staff to maintain club operations during the entire construction process.
