The design and permitting processes are complicated and can be quite frustrating. Through our role as General Contractor / Construction Manager we create detailed master and overall project schedules. Accurate schedules and the great working relationships we have with the building and planning departments, architects, engineers and designers will ensure that the complex and frustrating pre-construction experience will be simplified and expedited.
