Actually, the best reason to work with BUILD LLC is the fairness and ethical standards that the principal partners bring to the project. Being inexperienced in this aspect of restaurants, I was skeptical of making mistakes that would cost me time and money during construction. I am writing this letter to let you know how pleased I am with your exceptional employees and support staff, Jay Howard, Principal, Mike Nelson, superintendent and Mary Behrend, Receptionist. I am impressed at the prompt and courteousness of everyone.
I have heard in the past, nightmares about how the construction industry works and I am happy to say that from the minute we had our first meeting with Jay Howard and Bill Gaston, I have been very pleased with the quality of service your company provides. Jay and Bill are excellent!
We are now finished with the build-out stage and we are working with Mike Nelson, who I torture with calls all day and Mr. Nelson is one of the most professional superintendent’s that I have ever worked with. He always tells me “It’s not a problem”, and it’s a pleasure to hear from you again Mrs. Goldstein. Your staff has consistently made extra efforts to assist me in completing our projects on time and as you know as businessmen this is extremely important.
I also need to mention Mary Behrend, who is the first person your clients come in contact with when they call or stop by the office, and needless to say Mary makes quite a good first impression.

I know we, as the Ad Hoc Committee, spent many hours on the project, but its small compared to your time and effort.
